Week Two:  

The mind shift to be calm in the eye of chaos


It’s now the first week of December and we’re starting to think about how Christmas is only 3 weeks away! Eek! But wasn’t Christmas meant to be about peace, harmony, good will and festivities?


How can you calm down and enjoy the moments leading up to Christmas when there’s so much to deal with? That’s the intention of this week’s emails.


The key to change is awareness, and adjustment. This week is where we adjust your thinking.


Day 8:   Reality is!! Change the picture
Day 9:   Mindfulness will be your friend! Here’s how.
Day 10: Dealing with grief – how to handle the loss of how the family used to be
Day 11:  From anxiousness, to allowing, to going with the flow.

Day 14:  Forgiveness of others. Letting go of the past. (so important as you prepare for those christmas get-togethers with the relatives)



Week Three:  


Take Action towards getting calm


Now that we’re almost at the height of the Christmas Chaos, we need to take ACTION and focus on SOLUTIONS


This week will be the final kicker you need to stay in your zone of calm, joy, love, peace and serenity, and above all, allow you to bring out your FUN SIDE! 

Day 15:   Ask better questions. Get better results.
Day 16:   When you know what you don’t want, you know what you do want. Clarify your solutions focus.
Day 17:   Prioritise your to-do list without stress
Day 18:   How to deal with tired, cranky, bored children.
Day 19:   Have fun – here’s how
Day 20:   TRACKing your way to Christmas calm with these 5 steps
Day 21:   What’s so important about all this anyway? Tips to remember the bigger picture.
